Registration Fees
– Teams in Competitive classes 3495 SEK/team
– Non competitive classes, born 2013-2015 2995 SEK/team.
– Non competitive classes, born 2016-2017 2095 SEK/team.

If we are forced to cancel the tournament, all entry and participation fees will be refunded.

What other costs are added?
Teams that order accommodation and food pay per person regardless of whether it is players or
managers. See prices under the heading ”Accommodation & Food”.
If you do not want accommodation or food, you only pay the registration fee, no additional costs
are added.

Refunds
Fees paid for accommodation and food are refunded after March 1 only on presentation of a
valid medical certificate. Which must be sent in no later than 12/4. You get the entire fee back
except 500 SEK. Team fees are not refunded for cancellations after January 15.

Number of games
Teams playing the competitive weekend are guaranteed at least 4 games. A and B playoffs in all
classes.
Teams playing in the non competitive weekend are guaranteed at least 5 games in the classes
born 2013-2015.

Girls – 2016/2017 only plays on Sunday 30/3 (Guaranteed 3 games/team).
Boys – 2016 only plays on Saturday 29/3 (Guaranteed 3 games/team).
Boys – 2017 only plays on Sunday 30/3 (Guaranteed 3 games/team).

Results Service
Warbergspelen has one of the most advanced and simple result systems on the market. The full
game schedule and all results (competitive weekend) are available both on our website and in
our app for Android, iPhone and iPad. In addition, all goals from all matches are reported live
(competitive weekend).

Transportation
The tournament does not assist with transport. Access to one’s own means of transport is a
prerequisite to be able to participate.

For those of you who need to apply for an exemption, there will be a link below where you can
apply for an exemption.

Match- and Competitioninfo
For teams playing during the competitive weekend, the tournament starts at 18.00 Friday
evening. A and B playoffs in all classes.

For teams playing the non competitive weekend are only played Saturday-Sunday. However, far
traveled teams are recommended to stay overnight Friday-Sunday.

Main Arenas
Sparbanken Wictory Center and Arena Varberg, here you will find a cafeteria and other activities.
Sparbanken Wictory Center – home ground for Warberg IC Men and Women – offers games on 3
courts.
